M4 Comp

Can’t recommend Ken & Ash highly enough.

Bought an M4 Competition convertible from them this weekend .

From start to finish I actually enjoyed the process (which is saying something when I’m parting with money!).
Both Ken & Ash were professional, courteous & above all a genuine a pleasure to deal with.
The car was well priced for the real world, not some inflated price from a dealer “trying it on”.
The car was exactly as described…….immaculate!
All pre-sale questions answered accurately & truthfully.

Handover on the day was great. Ken even picked me up from the station as I ended up having to come on the train.

Like I said, I can’t recommend Ken & Ash highly enough. They don’t deal in cars that they wouldn’t be happy to own themselves (sorry you’ll have to get another convertible in to use for the spring/summer Ken) & are VERY obviously petrolheads (as is their son Kai). So anything you do buy from them is going to be as good as it can be, or better (as it was in my experience) for the relevant age & mileage.
I will 100% be back when it comes time to change. Especially when Ken said he’d buy my car back for what he sold it to me for!!
(JOKE!, that’s a JOKE!!)

I wish them every success. When you work as hard & are genuine, like these guys, you deserve every success that comes your way.

If you buy your next car from Ken, Ash & Kai, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Focus ST

The purchase of my Focus ST through Tyrala Performance Cars has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Kenny took the time to go over the car and its history and explained the couple of little jobs that needed doing before it was ready for collection. On collection he went through the pre-sale inspection, gold level RAC warranty and RAC breakdown cover details and sorted the road tax application.
The car is in excellent condition and the preparation for sale was to a very high standard. The fact that the price was better than expected was the cherry on the cake.
Overall, a great car at a great price, exemplary customer care and a real commitment to top level service. I’ll definitely be visiting Kenny when I’m looking for my next car and I’m guessing this may be sooner rather than later if my wife decides ‘she absolutely needs’ a Focus ST in Tangerine Scream to replace her Audi TT!

Best Dealership!

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta St Performance Edition from this dealership and the service was incredible, I have been to many dealerships and haven’t seen as much attention to detail and care taken of their cars as Tyrala. Bought a Ford focus rs nearly a year ago car is still going great and tyrala and his wife even picked me up from the hotel where I had to stay the night before because no knowledge of the area because I came from a distance the Mr and Mrs where so polite offered me drinks coffee, would defo buy again great people to deal with

Purchased an Audi S1 at the beginning of the year. Although the car is not used on a regular basis it has proven to be an excellent vehicle. Having a family that owns a large vehicle repair garage the Audi was given a thorough inspection and no faults were found. I recently bought a Ford Focus ST at Tyrala and the entire experience was exemplary.
The car was in great condition and the price was fair. Ken was incredible polite and helpful throughout the entire process. He offers also great after service. I’ve had bad experiences in the past at other sales garages but Tyrala were on point.
If you’re interested in a sporty car they’ve got some really nice stock.
I would go back for my next car.

I cannot recommend Tyrala Cars enough. I was struggling to find a car local to me that fit the spec I ( the wife ) was looking for. We live in Devon a long way from Stockton we were worried about buying a car without viewing and it was too far for us to travel. After a few lengthy conversations with Ken on the phone and a detailed walk round video i was more than happy to buy from him. His knowledge and nothing is a problem attitude is a rare thing in the car sales world. The car arrived on time and was better than described, the wife is a very happy lady thank you so much ken.

Can only praise the customer service from all at Tyrala performance. The deal was struck after i viewed and drove the car, The delivery team were also very prompt. Arrived at the time discussed as i have small children so a bit important :-)

The car looked better than when i viewed it once the valeting team had gone over it.

Outstanding Service

I can't speak highly enough about Tyrala performance cars. Ken obviously knows his stuff. The car was well presented, a full service had been carried out.
The vehicle was already prepared so I was able to collect the car promptly.
I had a small warranty repair this was fixed and repaired straight away, great service.
